For Returning Families

Returning Student Application

Please download and print a copy of the class schedule (one per student) and submit with your application.

Registration dates are from February 19, 2018 - May 31, 2018. Registration after May 9, 2018 will result in a $25 late charge. Please submit your applications and $150 registration fees (nonrefundable $75 application fee + $75 registration fee) as soon as possible to insure your student's enrollment.

Please note that as of May 1, 2018, course changes made by the parent after the application has been received and the registration fee has been paid will result in an additional fee of $25.00 per class change payable to the teacher affected. (Exception: the change of one class to another class taught by the same teacher)

Any interviews or placement tests administered after the May 9 deadline will incur a $30 fee.

WITHDRAWALS FROM A COURSE

Withdrawals from a course within the first two classes of instruction will result in a $25 withdrawal fee.

Withdrawals between the third and fifth classes of instruction will result in a $50 penalty.  This $50 fee will also be applied if a student is withdrawn from any course second semester.

There will be no reimbursement of lab fees regardless of the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawals after the fifth day of class will result in a complete forfeiture of tuition paid.

New Student Application

Registration dates are from February 19, 2018 - May 31, 2018. Registration after May 9, 2018 will result in a $25 late charge. Please submit your application along with the $150 registration fee (nonrefundable $75 application fee + $75 registration fee). In order to ensure that the MHSRC is a good fit for your student, we require an interview with the prospective student and at least one parent. Placement tests may also be required to determine a student's readiness for a requested class. After your application has been received, we will call you to schedule an appointment for in interview and for any required placement tests. 


Please note if your student is accepted, that as of May 1, 2018, course changes made by the parent after the application has been received and the registration fee has been paid will result in an additional fee of $25.00 per class change payable to the teacher affected.
